This document outlines the Membership Terms, Privacy Practices, Cancellation & Refund Policy, and Code of Conduct for Ladies of Porter Ranch (LOPR). By purchasing or maintaining a membership, you agree to comply with the terms below.

Membership Terms

LOPR memberships are intended to foster a supportive, respectful, and empowering community. Membership benefits are non-transferable and available only to the registered member.

Billing & Payments

– All memberships are non-refundable
– Monthly and annual memberships renew automatically unless canceled
– Promotional or discounted memberships are final

Monthly Membership Skip Policy

Monthly members may request one (1) skip month per calendar year.
– Billing will be paused during the skip month
– All membership perks, discounts, and benefits will be inactive during this time
– Benefits resume automatically once billing restarts
– Skip months do not roll over or transfer
– Requests must be submitted prior to the next billing cycle
Annual memberships are not eligible for skip months.

Cancellation Policy

Members may cancel at any time to prevent future charges. Membership benefits remain active through the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds or credits will be issued.

Digital Membership Card Policy

– Digital membership cards are exclusive to the registered member
– Screenshotting, sharing, forwarding, or allowing use by non-members is strictly prohibited
– Misuse includes sharing access to discounts, events, or partner perks
– Violations will result in immediate membership cancellation without refund
– LOPR reserves the right to verify identity at events or with partner businesses

Code of Conduct

LOPR is committed to creating a welcoming, inclusive, and respectful environment. All members are expected to uphold the following standards:
– Treat all members, partners, and staff with kindness and respect
– Support diversity, inclusion, and empowerment
– Harassment, discrimination, bullying, or intimidation will not be tolerated
– Respect personal boundaries and consent at all events
– Maintain professionalism when representing LOPR online or in public

Community Integrity

Actions that compromise the integrity of the LOPR community—including misuse of benefits, dishonesty, or disruptive behavior—may result in disciplinary action, suspension, or termination of membership without refund.

Event Conduct

– Follow all event guidelines and venue rules
– Respect capacity limits and RSVP requirements
– Failure to comply may result in removal from an event without refund or credit

Members Conduct - No Solicitation

Members agree not to use their membership, or access to other members gained through their membership, to solicit other members for the following:

(a) promoting, advertising, or selling competing products, services, or memberships of social clubs or other membership organizations;

(b) organizing, coordinating, or soliciting support, signatures, agreement, or participation from other members in connection with a grievance, dispute, or complaint against LOPR, its founders, or its staff, outside of the feedback channels LOPR provides for that purpose;

(c) recruiting members to leave, boycott, or discontinue their LOPR membership; or

(d) distributing private correspondence between a member and LOPR (including complaint or feedback communications) to other members without LOPR’s consent.

Members remain free to raise concerns, complaints, or feedback directly with LOPR through the channels provided, and to discuss their personal, individual experience with LOPR informally with other members. This clause is not intended to restrict a member’s ability to express personal opinions about their own membership experience, but to prevent organized solicitation of other members for the purposes described above.

Violation of this clause may result in membership pause, non-renewal, or termination at LOPR’s discretion, consistent with the terms of membership then in effect.

Membership Freeze

Eligible members may request up to two (2) membership freezes per calendar year. Freeze requests are subject to approval by LOPR and may not be applied retroactively.

Requesting a freeze:
All membership freeze requests must be submitted in writing by email to porterranchladies@gmail.com. A freeze is not considered approved or effective until the member receives written confirmation from LOPR. LOPR’s written confirmation will include the approved freeze period and the deadline by which the member must notify LOPR if they wish to continue or reactivate their membership.

While a membership is frozen:

  • Membership billing will be paused for the approved freeze period.
  • Membership perks, discounts, event benefits, community benefits, and other membership privileges will be inactive.
  • A freeze does not guarantee future reactivation or renewal. Reactivation remains subject to continued membership eligibility and approval under LOPR’s Membership Eligibility, Suspension, Termination, Reactivation & Renewal Policy.

A member who wishes to continue their membership following a freeze must notify LOPR in writing by email at porterranchladies@gmail.com before the deadline stated in their written freeze confirmation. If LOPR receives the member’s request to continue by the stated deadline and approves reactivation, the member will receive written confirmation of the reactivation date and billing will resume accordingly.

If the member does not notify LOPR in writing by the stated deadline that they wish to continue their membership, the membership will automatically move to cancellation.

No additional membership charges will be processed following cancellation.

Failure to request continuation by the stated deadline will be treated as the member’s decision not to resume membership. A former member who later wishes to return may be required to submit a new membership application and will be subject to the membership terms, eligibility requirements, pricing, and availability in effect at that time.

Members may receive a maximum of two (2) months of approved membership freezes per calendar year. Unused freezes do not roll over into future calendar years and are non-transferable.

Membership Eligibility & Renewal

Membership is subject to continued eligibility and compliance with LOPR’s Membership Policies and Code of Conduct.

LOPR reserves the right, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to decline a new membership application, decline renewal of an existing membership, or decline to resume or reactivate a membership following a pause, skip, freeze, suspension, lapse, or other interruption. Renewal or reactivation is not guaranteed. LOPR also reserves the right to suspend or terminate an active membership when LOPR determines in good faith that continued membership is inconsistent with these Membership Policies, the Code of Conduct, the safety or integrity of the community, or other legitimate and non-discriminatory business or community considerations. Relevant considerations may include, but are not limited to, misuse of membership benefits; harassment, intimidation, dishonesty, or disruptive behavior; conduct that materially interferes with the member experience or LOPR’s operations; conduct harmful to the safety or integrity of the community; or repeated violations of LOPR policies. Membership decisions will be made in accordance with applicable law and will not be based on characteristics protected by law. If LOPR declines renewal or reactivation, the member will not be charged for a subsequent membership term. If LOPR terminates an active membership, any refund or credit, if applicable, will be determined in accordance with these Membership Policies and applicable law. Membership does not create an entitlement to renewal, reactivation, or continued membership beyond the applicable membership term.

Right to Modify

LOPR reserves the right to modify membership terms, benefits, pricing, or policies at any time. Members will be notified of material changes when applicable. LOPR reserves the right to revoke membership access for violations of these terms or the Code of Conduct without refund.

Privacy & Information Use

LOPR collects personal information including name, contact details, billing information, business name (for partners), and social media profiles. Information is used solely for membership management, event communication, and community engagement. We do not sell or rent personal data.
