Jaclyn Johnson is the powerhouse founder behind Create &
Cultivate. A serial entrepreneur with multiple multi-million
dollar exits under her belt, Johnson has dedicated her career
to empowering underrepresented founders with the tools
they need to build big businesses. From Create & Cultivate to
her latest company, Cherub, a marketplace connecting angel
investors to entrepreneurs. She has made a career of building
and scaling businesses that make a difference and has
become one of the most well known and respected female
entrepreneurs in the process. A dog mom, wine enthusiast,
amateur chef and gardener, Jaclyn splits her time between
Los Angeles & Napa Valley.

Marina Middleton, Co-Owner & CEO of Create &
Cultivate, is a serial entrepreneur, motivational speaker,
business strategist, podcast host, as well as a mother and
wife. As an Egyptian immigrant, Middleton faced a
myriad of obstacles moving to the US, ultimately setting
the stage for a remarkable career focused on uplifting
female leaders in all business categories. Marina’s
strategic business acumen was further honed through
her work with major media brands like Yahoo and
Tumblr, where she developed digital media campaigns
